How do I stop my really bad flatulence?
It’s affecting my life. All I can concentrate on in class is my flatulence. By flatulence, I mean it’s like the feeling of your stomach growling, but with gas. As hard as I try to hold it in, I end up stinking the room. It’s silent, but I feel bad for people around me. I see them covering their noses. Please help
Go to a store, such as Walmart, Walgreen’s, CVS Pharmacy, etc and get Beano tablets to carry with you at ALL times. It says to take 1 or 2 or 3 just before you eat anything, but I often take 4 tablets before I eat anything. I am 42 yrs old man who had the same problem until I started chewing up Beano tablets right before I eat most things.
Also, The Foods that you are eating are causing this. I had to Stop Eating certain foods. I am 42 yr old man who had to stop eating these foods as well as other foods: French Fries, Milk, Yogurt, Cheese, Saltine Crackers, Graham Crackers, Salsa, Tostito Chips, Dorito’s, and French Fries and Greasy hamburgers. I suggest you notice what foods are causing this and cut Way Down on those foods.

Well, for the most part, your flatulence is determined by your diet. Diets high in protein foods (meats, beans, and eggs) will caused the bacteria that is located in your digestive system to produce more gas, which equals more flatulence. Flatulence also varies from person to person, so there is a genetics aspect to it too.
So, basically, you will have to lower your intake of protein foods to have any affect on your flatulence.

Never let your stomach get completely empty. Make sure you eat a good, balanced breakfast daily. Don’t skip breakfast & no Pop Tarts! You get your energy for the day from your breakfast meal. Keep some snacks in your book bag to nibble on every two hours so your stomach doesn’t become empty to let air pockets form to cause gas. You can nibble on a snack between classes.

A question about marijuana?
Okay, I have a question about a high that I experienced over Winter Break. First off, I am not a lightweight, so don’t just say that was it. My friend comes over to my house and he brings weed, he packs a bowl and we start to smoke it, we were chatting away because I hadn’t seen him in like 6 months, because I moved. He said that the weed he got was really expensive "good stuff." But I didn’t really pay any attention, I was just excited to see him. Well, all of a sudden, after smoking only like 1 and a half bowls the high hit me like a brick. I tried to text my friend and my phone was like… in a different plane of existence. Like my hand and my arm and my eyes were all separate and I couldn’t get them to all get together so that I could type the text. Then I stood up and I could like feel everything more… I had kandy bracelets all up one of my arms and I was very aware of how each bead felt against me. Then all of a sudden I started pacing in circles really fast and talking extremely fast, but I didn’t notice, my friend pointed out that I should sit down, then I realized that I was pacing and I started running around in circles and yelling. I was yelling at him, and I kept asking if I was dead or passed out. I was really worried that I had died and that everything was a dream. I kept telling him to call 911 if I passed out, then he made us go back inside (we had been on the balcony) and we sat down on the couch but I still kept getting up and running around. I was running so fast and talking so fast, my heart felt like it was going to pound out of my chest. Then, things started to get really weird, I had absolutely no notion of time and I kept asking him how long its been, and sometimes he would reply back "2 mins" and other times it was like "45 mins" Well anyways, everything was moving and twisting more than ever, so I sat down and I kept screaming at my friend that I was "in another land" and I remember that I was like… in Rome and I was in a ring with gladiators and everyone was watching me and I was running around and I was afraid that the lions were going to come get me. Then, all of a sudden, there were cats and they kept like getting in my face and I was scared and wanted them to leave. Then I was in this land where spiders were butterflies and there were dandelions floating around me… it was creepy yet serene. During a time when I felt a tad more grounded to the point where I could think about reality, I got up and got paper and started drawing to try to take my mind off of the… high I guess. I mostly drew just what I saw in the "lands" then I started freaking out again and I was running around and my friend told me to eat bread to take the thc out of my bloodstream so I did and it didn’t help. Then he got bored because apparently he had been watching me for… I don’t even know how long, and he forced me to leave the house with him, even though I didn’t feel…sane enough to. Well, we started walking to his friend’s house and as we walked and I got more fresh air, I started to feel better… then we eventually got to his friend’s house and we got in his friend’s car, and we went to Berkeley to some telegraph street or something and I was starting to come down, and I could like distinguish reality from fantasy now. But it was so weird. My question is, why did my body react that way? Because it was like a serious body high and head high. Was the weed laced? (I know that’s a dumb question.) And if you guys are wondering why nothing happened to my friend, well, I smoked a lot more than him, and he is 6′4", 280 lbs, and I am 4′11", 110lbs. And I have been like permanently scarred from that experience, and now I can’t look at reality the same, and I feel like reality is a lie, and I keep getting freaked out about the experience at random times…

I don’t know exactly how long the "trip" lasted because I was with my weed smoking friends, and we kind of just go from place to place smoking more weed. I am guessing that it lasted maybe… 3 hours? I don’t know for sure though…
I don’t know if I was imagining stuff or hallucinating… I felt really lost. I couldn’t concentrate on anything, my thoughts kept jumping. I couldn’t tell if things were real or not.
And I don’t know what I smoked. I asked my friend and he was really high and didn’t remember what it was called, so we asked his friend, and his friend didn’t remember the name, but knew that what we had was crazy stuff because he had bought it before from the same person.

Just remember that everything you were imagining was because of the weed you were smoking.
People usually loose track of time when they smoke too much weed. They also feel cold, jittery, shaky and generally freak out. Some think that they should drink milk, others drink water to stop the high. I think you should embrace it and realize it’ll pass in about an hour. Not a big deal.
You shouldn’t freak out anymore – just don’t smoke any more weed. You’re just not a weed type of guy – not a big deal.
How long did this whole "trip" last ? Was it an hour or was it 5-6 hours ?
Ask your friends what you smoked. Ask them if it was weed. If so, you should be fine. Just don;t think about it anymore.
Wake up early tomorrow morning, eat a nice breakfast and start off your fresh new day in Cali.

If it wasn’t for lightweights and their idiotic experiences, nobody would be out there saying all these things like "marijuana should be illegal because people spaz out on it and hallucinate", "marijuana should be illegal because its often laced". People who have experiences like these should just keep it to themselves and stop making the rest of us look bad.

Any idea what you smoked was called??? Certain marijuana kush strains have 30%+ thc, first time I smoked og kush I was straight fucked. Time was going by sooooo slowly. Then I tried to relax by smoking a cigarette and I passed out. Btw I blazed an entire eigth(3.5grams).

How can I get a non-rock singer comfortable singing rock?
My friend is a female (low alto) that sings mainly jazz and R&B, and sings it very well. Her tone is well built for those genres, such as very soft and mellow lows, a smooth and thick-sounding midrange, but her high end is too mellow and lacks power and presence to cut through the mix like a "rock voice" should be able to. Because of this, I’m guessing, she’s afraid to venture out of her genre and/or not motivated to. She sounds a LOT like Brooke Fraser. (Youtube her for her solo work..)
Now I’m a guitar player, and I can go from a smooth jazz tone to a lead rock tone with a twist of a knob and the press of a button, so I may be biased. I believe that no one’s voice can be built solely for rock and rock alone. R&B singers, country singers, and pop singers just need to learn vocal techniques used in rock, and that there is no "ideal" rock vocal tone. All this is just my opinion.
I was in her shoes a few years back. On guitar I started out playing jazz, moved to blues-rock and pop-rock, then to hard rock, and finally metal. If I didn’t venture out of my genre, I wouldn’t be the useful guitarist/musician that I am now. I hope you all can see how strongly I feel about this.
Is there anything I can tell her to get her to get her more comfortable singing rock?
Or anywhere outside her genre for that matter.
Any artists that trained in another genre that later moved to rock?
Let her listen to a few simple songs and have her play around with them until she gets comfortable. I went from Gospel to Choral style and it worked for me.

Help, What should I name my main character?
Ok, so I am about to write a book, I have it all planned out and everything set, but I have a minor set back, I can’t think of my main characters name. I have tried a lot of names, but I just can’t seem to find the right one, so please help! My book is about a girl who gets raped and murdered. She watches as her parents, friends, teachers, and neighbors struggle with her disappearance. I know it kind of sounds like the Lovely Bones from the description, but believe me, it is totally different.
So, here’s what the main character is like:
She has light to medium brown hair, green eyes(like these: http://images.allmoviephoto.com/2009_Ing lourious_Basterds/2009_inglorious_bastar ds_005.jpg), and people get lost in her eyes(meaning they think they are beautiful), she has the same skin tone as the girl in that picture too, and she is about 5′2".
She is always happy, she is kind, caring, nurturing, fun, funny, a little shy but can be outgoing. She likes to be alone at her favorite spot(the quarry), and she has a boyfriend(his name is Dawson). She is the one who gets raped and murdered.
Any and all names are welcomed. Please help, because I would really like to begin to write, but I can’t with out her name.

Ok, I’m home for Summer Vacation, and I thought I’d have a movie day where I actually get off the computer and watch movies all day long. So try to pick enough that’ll keep me watching all day. lol. I’m so bad at picking a movie to watch, I’d thought I’d get on here and tell you all the movies I have and you can help me out. Yes, half of them are children’s movies, but hey, I’m still a teenager. lol. I can keep them as I like.

well i have no idea how old you are or what kind of movies you like, but here are what i know that id loev to watch:
finding nemo
the majestic was a good movie
chocolat (if its what i think it is , great movie)
pirates of the caribean movies, first one is the best, second is ok, third is also really good, if you like the series just ewatching that series would take up a good amoutnn of itme
shallow hal was a cut emovie, woth watching
mr. deeds is sort of funny, if u like adam sandler funny its good
i remember really enjoying the lizxzie mcguire movie when i was younger….you could enjoy that.
juno, its just a calssic you shoudl defintely watch that no matter how many times youve seen it, even if its not especailly good haha
princess dieares, GrEAT movie, defintely watch it again if you like that type of moive
watchign the harry potter movies from begininning to end could take the whole day, and if youre a fan its somethign which is also very worth it to take the time to do …
