Has anyone tried Claim Jumpers Sweet Potato? Do you know how to make it?
I tried it for the first time and it’s delicious. I want to know the recipe or something similar to make for thanksgiving.
The one I had just had butter in it and brown sugar over it? something sweet. its one of their sides. i don’t remember scilions?

This is the Jamaican Sweetpotato Recipe. It is a dish found the Claim Jumper Restaurant.
Ingrediants:
Chicken Dust with Jamaican Jerk Seasoning Grill
Baked sweet potato, or even a yam (has more color)
Scallions
Cilantro
Red Pepper
Corn
Rapaya Relish and Fresh Lemon
Amber honey
Directions
Grill: chicken with seasoning
Bake: sweet potato until done approx 45 min to hour
Mix : scallion,red pepper ,corn( cold or warm) what ever suits you. I have even added a bit of jalapeno pepper to kick it up. relish and cilantro mix to cover , touch of lemon.
Open sweet potato and add inside upon serving the chicken and veggies
Drizzle with honey.
