Ladies, did your feet get back to normal size after pregnancy?

Mine have gotten bigger and I can barely fit into my shoes. I don’t know if it’s just from swelling or from the relaxin hormone making my joints softer, and I am hoping I won’t have to buy all new shoes after baby! What was your experience after you gave birth regarding your foot size? I am 39 weeks pregnant.

I am also 39 weeks pregnant and cannot fit into any of my own shoes! I have normal pregnancy swelling so I’m not worried.
With my previous baby I also swelled and had the same problem and found that within 2 weeks of giving birth I could fit back into them.

Apparently if you swell, the water is then sweat out during the night (lovely wet bed sheets!) over a 2 week period.

Right before I had the baby I was really swollen and my shoes fit tight and after the baby the swelling went down my my shoe size was like a half size bigger I hope this doesn’t happen everytime.
